Russia has declared a state of emergency for Crimea as the peninsula is without fuel and power and the civilian population is desperate to flee back to the mainland. Ukraine successfully struck two more oil refineries in Yaroslavl and Krasnodar Krai.

Ukraine has begun launching their own massive nightly drone and missile attacks into Russia targeting military sites and energy infrastructure. Two more oil refineries were struck along with chemical factories and electrical substations. Russian cities are now experiencing rolling blackouts.
