Today, we were all 🦓 in support of #RareDiseaseDay #ShowYourStripes Mysel and @olimruk.bsky.social were raising awareness about PIK3CA-related overgrowth spectrum (PROS) disorders including CLOVES 🍀☘️ clovessyndrome.org

Taking the "on" out of the PIK3CA oncogene: a paradigm shift in PI3K signaling just out from @ralitsamadsen.bsky.social Ralista will be talking about this in the New frontiers in inositol lipid signaling at the #ASBMB annual meeting this April - don’t miss it! www.asbmb.org/annual-meeti...

Wow, what a fantastic Christmas present to get - the main output of my @wellcometrust.bsky.social Henry Wellcome Fellowship is now out @molsystbiol.bsky.social and should be of interest to anybody who loves (PI3K) signalling and quantitative biology! www.embopress.org/doi/full/10....

@olimruk.bsky.social from my lab provides essential advice and insights into what may often seem a bewildering and rather uncertain transition (it is a lovely read from a promising and thoughtful young scientist): #PhD #FEBS network.febs.org/amp/posts/th...

#MicroscopyMonday One of my favorites - it looks like it should be stained glass. MCF10A cells stained for DNA (blue), alpha-tubulin (green), and YAP/TAZ (red). I love all the stages of the cell cycle that are on display.
A beautiful swirl of green, red, and blue spots. Some of the blue spots are also red, making them appear magenta. There are a few round red blobs with lines of dark blue connected by bright yellow lines, which are mitotic cells.
