That's actually an EF mount conversion (that was previously done in all the wrong ways possible) the gate is a catch-all between S16 and Ultra 16 I bought from ebay.
For anyone interested in the least-scratch-prone optimal loop (after serious trial and error) I have an image here of what I use.
