Gathering stuff for a trip across the pond. Most pluggy-in things being multivoltage, I've accumulated a collection of homemade forbidden cables. Yes, both have 300V rated insulation on the wires. Yes, I know Type B is not rated for 240V. Yes, I've used them extensively for years with no problems.

A power strip of Type B (US) receptacles with a Type C (typical continental Europe) plug at the end of the cable.

Another short cable with a Type B (US) receptacle at one end and a Type G (UK) 13 amp plug on the other.

Just opened a bottle of cherry mead I made when I first got diagnosed with celiac disease, 10 years ago. This was my first mead. I was brewing beer before diagnosis, but mead is a different thing. Honestly, it tasted horrible until it sat in the bottles for 8 years or so. Now it's pretty mellow.

Homemade chiller. Takes the wort from boiling to under 80°F in under 7 minutes 🧊❄️🍺 Made from 20 feet of 1/4" copper tubing in a spiral that fits into the kettle. A washing machine hose cut in half with compression fittings hose-clamped in place.
