Below replacement level birthrates are an issue of concern, but the truth is 1) it isn't totally clear that if managed well it's not an ADVANTAGE; and 2) Other countries, esp. Russia, China, Korea, Japan, and almost all of Europe, have lower birth rates than the US. Opinions need to reflect facts.

I remember LA changed some of its downtown streets to one way for the 84 Olympics (LA had always been pretty down on one way streets), and never changed them back.
