After a shit week I need something good to eat... Chicken thighs, lots of tomatoes, a bulb of garlic, basil and decent olive oil... Will be worth the hour and a half cooking time

So... England's cunning plan was the same plan we have used countless times before which didn't work the first time... Defend for over 20 minutes in the hope of not losing, rather than try to win...

Who needs a fancy pub meal for Father's Day... Bloody lovely and nowhere near the extortionate cost of eating out

A good friend of mine gifted me these, which was very kind and very unexpected... First thing I am doing is finding proper sized slotta bases, none of this modern sizing nonsense... #warhammercommunity #nerdlings

Played Dungeon Saga Origins for the first time yesterday... Great fun, possibly should have read the rules prior to starting but was simple enough to pick up... Peanut even took a cameo as a wandering monster... #wargaming #mymantic #nerdlings #ttrpg

My son had chocolate cake bought for him by a lovely lady in the pub where we had tea because he was a "lovely lad"... In a world where shit seems to be occurring by the second that was a lovely gesture... I am a proud dad

My son painted his first "mini" today (edging by his dad)... Dragon Blaster painted with @thearmypainter.bsky.social Fanatics because the paints that came with it were not worthy. Incredibly proud of him... Hopefully the first mini of many #wepaintminis #minipainting #nerdlings

I always wish I had primed some minis when the weather was good at this time of the year. I really want to paint something but until the weather allows I am buggered. I know I could get some prepped but I can't enjoy cleaning up minis no matter how hard I try...
