And the gun range was far more open, with, y'know, wind and weather. At 200 yards my tiny Chinese wife still easily killed the target with a bolt action. She then refused to use any of the 'big ones' ever again because of the recoil. This shot....isn't hard. I am not a marksman.

Sniper quality? FFS, my stepdad took me and my wife to a gun range open day with him....a gun like that at 200 yards is practically a laser pointer. I could have made that shot, because I HAVE. The only drift at 200 yards was with a 9mm chambered rifle used to splat cheaper rounds downrange for fun.
