A screw like this on either side of the blind. And then a view of them from inside with the window open. You have to reach that other end to hook or unhook.
Picture of the bracket and screw for the blind. Velux open with the blind down showing how far you have to reach

Oh dear, somebody can't spell Independent. I suppose AI hasn't taken all the jobs quite yet.
A graphic from the video showing the current seat counts held by different parties. One of the rows reads "Independant: 0"

Rare find: a render of a new building that shows exactly how bleak the updated streetscape will be. No need to put this one through antirender.com

I’m an alum. The response I got to my (very cross) email to them suggests it’s overblown and the further encouragement amounts to putting some more schools on an existing email list. I’m undecided on whether this is not the full story or just a colossal cock up on not clarifying to start with.
As a state-educated, first generation university graduate, I was appalled to read the misleading headlines in the media today. I want to be very clear - there has been no change to our admissions policy or our commitment to widening participation, and we continue to work very hard to support and attract students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This activity does not affect our overall admissions policy and comes at no extra cost to the College.

The College is very proud of the progress it has made in widening access. Admissions of UK students from state schools in the past three years averaged 73%, and we have also seen a rise in the admission of students from the most disadvantaged backgrounds to 20.4% in recent years. I hope that this trend continues.
Our efforts, which have made a demonstrable impact on our admissions statistics, include the You'll Fit In'…

Missed opportunity to bring back the old InterCity design language in my opinion.
Intercity branded class 91 locomotive. White with a thin red strip and a thick blue stripe.

What a shame
A path with a white painted line down the middle. One side is marked as a cycle path. There are three metal barriers in the path before it reaches the road, one across the majority of the cycle path.
