DHL/Swift flight BCS18D was jammed from Kaliningrad on its final 34 minutes before crashing into a house in Vilnius. So were at least 6-20 other aircraft in the area at that time. The Kaliningrad jammer has been operating for almost a year and might or might not be related to the crash.

Trip down memory lane. 1987 divers found three separate caches of Russian pre-dilled TNT bricks along the shores of Stockholm. 40 charges total. Close to targets such as Armed Forces HQ, TV-house, oil industry, US embassy etc Similar bricks have later been used in Ukraine-war.
