Very quick art trade with Sh3Draws! [ #art | #digitalart | #anthro | #anthroart ]

A digital painting of an anthro character mostly inspired by a mule deer sitting on a chair backwards posing for the camera. Most of his features resemble a mule deer, but he has a horse tail, claws on his hands, and feathers along his hips and shoulders. He has one hand curled in a fist under his chin while leaning his other arm on the back of the chair, with the chair leaning slightly forward and one of his hooves on the ground.

Their design may change a bit in the future but I decided to finally make a unicorn OC! Still sort of working out their backstory but I decided that they can switch between their anthro and feral forms at will. [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #anthro | #anthroart ]

Two concept sketches of a unicorn character. The left sketch shows their quadrupedal form walking while looking back cautiously. Their chest has an opal embedded in it with a horn that matches the same material. The right sketch shows a concept of their anthro form in a neutral stance, fitted with a white robe and shoulder pads.

I'd be interested in doing a headshot of Hosea! I'll be a bit busy tomorrow, but I should be able to get my half done by Sunday! (Would preferably be looking for art of the first character here but the second one also works, the other two images are the quality I'd be aiming for with my half!)

A digital painting depicting an anthropomorphic pizzly bear character standing in a dark alleyway. He is wearing a fedora, a trench coat and black pants. He has a neutral stance with his back to the camera and one arm raised, holding a cigarette between his fingers. The camera is behind him, elevated to look down towards him, where he stares back with a serious expression. The alley is scattered with litter, with dirty pavement and cracked sidewalks lining the walkway.

A rendered digital sketch of a reptilian alien creature standing with his back turned to the camera. He has purple and white scales with two sets of arms and a split tail. He's looking over his shoulder with a sinister grin, venom can be seen dripping out of his mouth.

Quick icon for the ravens to match my other characters! They're still going to be drawn with Sacha pretty much exclusively, I just thought it would be fun to give them their own icon since I just made a ref sheet for them. [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #digitalart | #animalart ]

An small icon showing three raven characters. The left one has a neutral expression, the middle one is squawking directly at the camera, and the right one has its beak slightly open.

WIP of a small reference sheet for Sacha's raven friends! I used to draw them all identically to each other, but I decided to give them small distinctions to tell them apart since they have different personalities.

A WIP digital reference sheet depicting three raven characters. The left raven is the mother with dark feathers along her back, the top raven is the baby with blue eyes and a wild expression, and the right raven is the father with scarring on his chest.

Beware the bird who rants about Metroid lore (very quick rough Reece doodle from last night) [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #anthro | #anthroart ]

A rough colored sketch of an anthro Cinereous vulture character leaning up against a ledge in a casual pose. He has a nonchalant expression while talking and holding a bottle of soda.

I have a vulture sona, either form here is fine if you end up picking him out!

A reference sheet for a Cinereous vulture OC. The left drawing shows his semi-anthro form, with detailed closeups for his tail feathers, talons, and beak beside him. The right side of the page showcases his anthro form, with his different outfits and wing styles being depicted in the corners of the page.

FINALLY finished those concept sketches for my aeromorph! I turned them into a (very ugly) temporary ref sheet, I'll give them a more refined ref in my normal ref layout once I'm positive I won't change anything else about their design. [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #anthro | #anthroart | #aeromorph ]

A rough reference sheet depicting an anthro aeromorph character. Their metal plating is yellow, orange, and silver, with sea green synthetic material in between the plating. The left sketch shows a front view of their design with their wings outstretched, the middle sketch shoes them with a happy expression while opening their stomach hatch, the right sketch shows a back view with their wings spread out, and the bottom right sketch shows their wings retracted into their back.

Okay I know I said I was done making new Reece designs... but a gryphon form based on his vulture design entered my mind like a vision so I had to doodle it. [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #digitalart | #gryphon ]

A digital sketch of a gryphon character smiling and holding one leg up in the air. His wings are raised while he looks forward. His design is based on a Cinereous vulture and Newfoundland dog.

This is what I'm considering for the wings now since I'm having issues with the arm wings mechanically. They would be segmented and extend from open slots in their back while in use, and when they retract it would rotate towards the tail and nest into itself. Does this seem like a decent compromise?

A rough front and back sketch of a robotic aeromorph OC.

"At the end of the world, or the last thing I see." [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #sftr ]

Rough WIP but working on a refined design for my aeromorph OC. I like what I have here so far, but they're reading WAY more robot than aeromorph right now. If anyone has any advice for how I can balance that a bit better feel free to lmk!

Forgot to include examples but these are the quality I'd be aiming for with my half! I don't have a strong preference between shaded busts or flat fullbodies for this trade, I'll probably leave that up to whoever I end up trading with!

A digital sketch of a feral wolf character running. She's looking behind herself while snarling and sticking her tongue out. Swirls of ink are surrounding her body as she runs.

A digital sketch of a horse character rearing. He is looking at something off-screen while raising his front legs.

I have some downtime on this project I'm working on, so would any mutuals be down for a quick art trade? (DMs will need to be handled on Tumblr!) I'd be looking to trade for either shaded busts or flat fullbodies. I'm looking for art of anyone shown here, but the circled characters have priority!

A screenshot depicting icons for my OCs, with four of them circled to show higher priority.

My output might be a bit slower than usual since I'm still recovering from AF burnout but I could manage a bust for my half! A rough one from me would likely look like the fourth piece here!

Had a billion dollar joke character idea so I had to sketch him. Normal bear in a DND setting who was struck with wild magic that made him think he's a human wizard. (He stole the robe from an actual wizard.) [ #oc | #ocart | #art ]

A digital sketch of a bear character standing on his hind legs while wearing a wizard robe that clearly doesn't fit him. His anatomy and facial markings are based off of spectacled bears, while his fur palette is based on spirit bears.

Some casual outfit designs for Beau and Jacq since I pretty much always draw them in their work clothes. [ #oc | #ocart | #art | #sftr ]

Two rough digital sketches of an anthro pizzly bear and an anthro fox character. The pizzly bear, standing casually while smoking a cigarette, is wearing a newsboy cap, a 1920s pullover sweater, and brown trousers. The fox, scratching his neck while smiling nervously at the camera, is wearing glasses, a golf shirt, plus four trousers, and cuff braces around his feet.
