i tried to make some improvments but it feels like i've made it worse. i re-rigged the model, adding physics, added some visemes and blend shapes, but now the mouth is stuck open and the models stance is very robotic and stiff looking. pivote point has also moved causing some animation issues

Okay, so after meeting and speaking with some people that have much more expirance than me when it comes to unity and VRchat, i now have a plan of attack I've already improve the shaders and i've been able to add some animation while i don't have a full VR kit i'm gonna need to redo the rig tho :(

Figured it was about time i uploaded my bois reference sheet, both clothed and... not so clothed. Actually its more like, not so clothed, and simply, not clothed, considering his top of choice.

Full sized versions, because I’m dumb and cropped the other ones. (thought it was just relating to the thumbnail)
