The Beatles? AC/DC? The Rolling Stones? Sorry, I don’t listen to boy bands 🙂‍↔️

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 30/05/2025

Some more random facts about the remix album Bandcamp has two bonus tracks, one featuring my fave boy Ted from Death Waits There was one more song meant for the release, but the artist is still working on it. It’s not part of the original album so I’m chill with it being a single

Anyone knowledgeable in Spotify popularity score or discover weekly? Trying to see if I can push a song a bit more to get it up on some editorials

Shoutout to everyone playing Pokemon Pocket and still haven’t got a gold crown; you’re not alone

Stats don’t matter😡😡 But I think I’m at the most monthly listeners I’ve ever had while being confident there’s so bit streams 🥰🥰

Quitting this marathon, no one is telling me what the running gag is and I’m over it

10kms into the marathon, why does everyone look at me weird when I ask about the gag?

000

7.5kms into the marathon, I’m starting to think I’m the joke

000

Marathon mark 5kms, seriously what is the joke?

000

3kms in, still no one has explained the joke to me

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 22/04/2025

1km into this marathon, I dont get the joke yet

I’ve stopped using bluesky because I accidentally killed my algorithm and can’t fix it without starting from scratch again

I’ve just spent the evening making 25 pieces of social media posts for promotion of my next music but now I’m worried it’ll bombard everyone and no one will care before it’s even out (9 posts before release, 15 after)

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 27/03/2025

You’d think I’d learn to wait until everything is finalised before announcing new music but have some album art everyone

A sneak peak at the album artwork for the next Okayden project

“Yo my life be like a movie” The movie:

Don’t @ me, I deleted my social media apps and won’t know you’ve done it, until my dopamine addiction kicks back in 12 hours from now And if you do, maybe some kind words would be cool 😎

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 27/02/2025

Alright I’ve heard the outcries, “Okayden, when is new music dropping”, “Okayden, why won’t you answer my questions”, “Do you have time to talk about your car insurance?” And I’m pleased to say that in March I’ll have two new tracks releasing (ones a Bandcamp exclusive…. For now🤐)

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 23/02/2025

I’m too overwhelmed by how much media there is, I feel like I’m constantly behind. Let’s not release anything for a year and let everyone just catch up

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 16/02/2025

Paranoia Mondays No one else thinks their song is bad, it’s just you

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 13/02/2025

Did someone say new music soon?? Not necessarily mine, but there’s a rumour

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

I’ve got a couple songs still lined up for the year but honestly, I’m kinda burnt out from making music and everything that goes with it. I think the rest of ‘25 I’ll be focusing on some other creative outlets for a while and just doing it for myself, rather than the need to share everything

Thinking I might give out the stems to one of my tracks for anyone to remix, but it would be cool to know which one people would like to get ahold of the most

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 28/01/2025

Why haven’t I been working on music? Ahhhh no reason…

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 28/01/2025

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

Thinking I might do another YouTube series but this time I’ll listen back to each of my albums and rank them based on my favourites as of now. Mostly curious about what I remember, and I honestly haven’t listened to all of Lavender in ages

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

I think this year I’m going to try and make a more conscious effort to go see smaller gigs, I always blamed living too far out of the city for not going but I’m not going to be an old man anymore

Okayden @okaydenaus.bsky.social · 25/01/2025

If you haven't yet, I also release exclusives and early access to my music over on Bandcamp so maybe go have a follow over there xoxo buff.ly/4g7R59X If you need even more incentive, heres a link to get free codes to my current and previous album xoxo buff.ly/4gbGQ4s
