Hey, ProPublica reporter Jake Pearson here. I’m taking over the account to tell you about my new story. For months, I posed as a problem gambler on DraftKings to test the company's "responsible gaming" safeguards. Spoiler alert: They made me a VIP — and I lost $10K. Here's how it all went down. 🧵

I've yet to see a copy of 86 Cyclonus with some spot of paint damage in this area due to the panel folds. It's maybe avoidable if you know what to avoid, but mostly I think it's a packing issue. Any amount of pressure pushes the panels into the painted part.

Anyone else have a Studio 86 Cliffjumper who just doesn't close up in alt mode very well?

@nonnef.com do you think you'll re run the Pointblank kit for Blanker since the blue is so different?

On Peter Cullen... He was a gifted, kind man who led a fascinating life that touched the hearts and minds of a generation (and more). He had a long, well spent life that continues beyond his passing to improve the wellbeing of other people. What more can anyone hope to achieve?

So, the instructions and package image shows the feet like they are in the first image, but they 100% work better rotated like in the second image.

I've noticed that I'm dealing with a lot of indirect people in my personal life. It's causing friction because questions or interactions are going unanswered or put off in weird ways. Which leaves me either pushing the point, or assuming they just can't respond in the negative.

The lack of an official frame for Nexus Prime is one of the lamest things going on this line. It's not my job to figure out how to do it, but it should have been someone's.

I find almost every YT video and podcast can have the first 15% of the product skipped. Occasionally more. Ads, inane chit chat, more ads...eh.

We didn't realize that all that forum fandom and convention activity was a second childhood and that it would eventually go the same route as the first.

I'm always tempted to leave early on Fridays. I usually have a balance of time to clear off for the week. But then I question how it looks to my people who report to me. Then they tell me that they'd prefer I wasn't here. Which is the sentiment I get most places I go anyway. Happy Friday!

I realized something kind of weird about the collecting conversations I have. We honestly do get a lot of great stuff. Even if it is a rehash of a toy or character we've seen many times. But somehow, we're numb to it. Studio Soundwave? 5 years ago, everyone would still be talking about how amazing

I have a friend who runs a small local comic shop. They do holiday events and give aways for kids with their merchandise. Last year during Halloween, one of the bags they handed out mistakenly had a comic with "nudity" in it. Like, not inappropriate, but contextual for a myth style story. cont...

Nexus Prime... So, his wings may have a weird minor issue. Check yours to see if they are paired or mirrored. A proper mirrored pair will have a 1 and 4, or a 2 and 3 set. If not, you see one front side and one back side as you view them. I got two "4"s :/ Confirmed with multiple people so far.

Is there anyone who has seen comparisons of the new Studio Wheeljack and Sunstreaker to their 5-pack counterparts? Curious to see if I can completely ignore them.

One thing that has kept me off socials lately, is the amount of people telling me how I should think or react to something, always trying to compel you into a state of constant outrage. We all see it. We all know the score. I don't need to be told how to stay dry by people standing in the rain.

I have a hard time following up on 3P companies that I still like. The way news gets out just isn't the same anymore. Either that or these companies are all but gone (the ones I like).

I avoided all thing Blokees because I don't do non transforming TFs and chibi-ish stuff is a no go. However... Blokees Wheels are outstanding. Serve these up and I'm in.

I'm giving ya'll until the end of the year to stop being surprised by the Voyager price point. But that's it. We've all seen this show before. It sucks, but there's nothing else on TV.
