Small vtubers/mods, It's OK to ban chatters based on vibes. Lil Timmy makes you uncomfy, ban 'em. Mods, you don't have to ask, you have power. People can appeal bans, streamers can unban anytime. Chatters malding over mods "power tripping" is a meme on Twitch for a reason.
