I worked a lot today. And I made one phone call and I picked up my meds from the pharmacy and I washed last night‘s dishes and took a moment to take a picture of the sunset. I had a lot more than that on my to-do list. But I have run out of steam. That is enough. Good night. Drink some water!

Made cupcakes last night. Froze them unfrosted so I can pull one out, frost it and have a treat. I’m doing the Wegovy thing so I literally will do only one. Planning to also make apple pie foccacia and pumpkin spice muffins and sourdough bread for a get together this weekend.
