I don't want tax cuts. I want services that work for all of us. What good is extra money in my pocket if I'm terrified to go out to my local hospital in an emegency. Or if a large proportion of people in my city are living in poverty or homelessness or with addiction.

i was the only english speaker at my table tonight and by far the youngest. when dessert came (a basque cheesecake, unusual in bosnia) i said "that's basque cheesecake." that didn't stop all three from individually taking photos asking their AI what it was. the AI confirmed it was basque cheesecake.

i will say while i think there could have been a trigger warning (and maybe there was on the actual broadcast airing) i think it’s quite important for pao to tell that story as bluntly as she did. there’s a lot of women who’ve been through things like that and we are not anomalies. #90dayfiance
