Twitter (X) has been fined ~$140M by the EU for 'deceptive' blue checkmarks
"This deception exposes users to scams, including impersonation frauds, as well as other forms of manipulation by malicious actors"
They can appeal — but have 60 days to notify the EU on how they plan to change this
