I checked out 2 cookbooks from the local library. Yestperday I made Masala urad dal and Podi potatoes from Chetna's book. The potatoes came out perfectly🌶. There are a few dozen other recipes I want to try out.

These JUMBO samosas I picked up at a local Indian Grocery are infinitely better than those mini samosas from Trader Joe's. Restaurant quality out of the air fryer, looks better than the photo. If you live in the Cathedral City area pop in to The Spice Rack and pick up a box.🌶 Tip: heat extra 4 min

I've been getting back into DVDs now that I don't subscribe to as many streaming services. Checked out 2 DVDs from the library. I, Tonya and Brexit:The Uncivil War. Brexit was very good and very enraging.
