Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 17/06/2026What was, was. What we have is still a damn fine video game and a blast to play with a group of 3+. 020
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 17/06/2026Nothing will ever be like it was in season 1, just like no other smash bros. game will feel the same as the first one you played as a kid. I took a 6 year break from overwatch and while my enjoyment with the base mechanics will never be as high, there is still nothing else like it around. It's fun. 120

Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 09/06/2026Considering Aonuma's stance on the design philosophy I think it will be to an extent. My best guess is integrating more breath of the wild style freedom into a stronger narrative and puzzle focused game like Ocarina. I could see that really working, personally. 030

Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 07/04/2026This scene is so good. My brother and I have used it for parody bits for years now. 000
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 01/04/2026These look amazing! Do you usually use white paint to do details like those flowers, or do you make the effort to leave white space available? 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 13/03/2026I try to make sure they are really thin and there is enough oil to at least let it float, then flip after around 2 minutes on each side. If it's not the color you want yet, just keep adjusting the position. Also being able to make sure your oil is around 325f is very useful. 100
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 13/03/2026forks are good for that but also you just gotta get in there quick and remove it from your fingers in a rolling/quick motion. Bald spots also happen if it's touching the bottom of the pan at too low a temperature, or if it's floating above the oil on one side too long. 010

Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 01/03/2026Yeah, I was shocked. I want to take their announcement and return it to them like the Yeti did with Rotten in season 2. Oh well, in Loving Memory of Smiling Friends: 2020-2026. 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 18/02/2026Rise of Skywalker, easily. I don't think I've ever walked out angry otherwise. 000

Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 04/02/2026I was a certified Overwatch 2 hater for years, but after playing again for the past year with friends I actually think it's in a really great spot. Better than OV1 at its final stages I'd say(gameplay wise at least). 130

Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 19/01/2026In my FE playthrough I actually did engage with it, many characters died in Radiant Dawn. That was a really hard game for teenage me, so if a character died towards the end of an 1hr+ long level I would usually move on. In PoR I maybe let 2-3 die, then never again. lol 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 09/01/2026Unfortunately, they simply offload the task to more zealous quiver-full Christian fundamentalists by spreading the birth-rate rhetoric around. Not even sure if it's always intentional, but the results are generally in line with their views either way. 000
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 08/01/2026It's getting so rough, I stare in disbelief at my fellow citizens words. But, I'm also at the point where I realize many of them really would be totally fine if Trump(or really any MAGA affiliated person) did in fact shoot someone on fifth avenue unprovoked. 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 18/11/2025Totally makes sense and similar to my approach when I’m doing watercolor studies. Thanks! 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 17/11/2025Love these. Do you mostly practice what you feel like or do you have a structured approach? 110
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 14/11/2025Ignore that “usually”, I haven’t read enough fanfic recently to make that sort of generalization. 010
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 14/11/2025- And other extra material sometimes(usually) details the character so thoroughly that there are no more questions to be asked, nothing else to wonder. We often times don’t even know our own friends and family that well, it can be kinda off putting and stale. Not trying to knock fanfic though. 200
Ogre Days @ogredays.bsky.social · 14/11/2025Knee jerk thought is that I wonder if it’s because movies, books and games force us to spend a relatively short amount of time with the characters. We know enough about them to care, empathize and analyze, but there can still be mystery and intrigue about parts of their character. But fanfic - 100
