iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

i could of worded that better, but i don't mean what they're used for, rather how they feel to use. fa doesn't need to be an infinite scroll social media site but in its current state it just doesn't feel good to browse or read stuff on there imo.

agreed, so many lack functional/ consolidated tagging systems, blocking systems, or just feel bad to navigate. if furaffinity felt as smooth to navigate as bluesky (which isn't much tbh), i would have been posting there by now

i think i just care too much. i dont want to be online 24/7 but i think i should probably not only post finished works so i dont go months without anything but like occasionally replying to someone. will try to intersperse stuff with sketches and stuff ig

feels like i need to say stuff here more to reach more people and whatnot but im not trying to just post random nonsense just cuz.

still wondering if i should be just posting things that happen in my life while im working on art stuff, but i've never really blogged about anything. always have been a lurker and not much more until recently so this social media stuff still confuses me

Today we would like to recognize Ken Sample aka Ken Cougar. A Black man who is credited with creating and coining the term "Fursona". While drawing one of his "Exotics" Ken drew a Cougar character that looked strikingly like himself. Attendees of this conference also wanted their own characters!

a drawing by ken sample of the character ken cougar

Ken cougar on a Ken Sample portfolio #1. Ken cougar is inbetween two female furries. On the left is a fox and on the right is a cheetah! There are other drawings scattered in the backround

i need monetary compensation to ever even feel like touching comp again, that experience was so frustrating

part of me wishes no one knew i liked art and stuff before i learned this about myself so i didn't have to lie or just say i only do studies nowadays and those are boring (untrue). or have a mini heart attack when they say "oh show me anyways 😊"

feel like the hardest thing about becoming a furry in the past year is finding excuses for why i haven't been "making art". constantly telling people im close with that im super busy or just not feeling it and totally not drawing myself as some kind of goat cryptid thing is hard

Been watching TLOU gameplays recently :]

should probably just bought and replayed both milk inside and outside instead. would of been an infinitely better purchase than somnium files 1 and 2

im still baffled how somnium files is a real game.

been thinking about making an account for art there but the only thing that's stopping me is the amount of ai generated stuff there. from just browsing ive seen a fair amount of ai generated art, stories or people advertising their chatbots

there's a website called unsplash where you can find a lot good references of people in different clothes and in different poses. that's where i get my references for clothing studies

everything i love hinges on whether this thing will survive another restart or emulating pikmin 2 or when i boot up clip studio and it makes a concerning sound

one of the scariest things in times like these is having your only computer be an decade old laptop that could die on you at any moment

i don't think its undervalued, imo i think it's just that people see more nsfw due to the furry community being a much more sex positive space than others and misconstrue that into furries not valuing sfw work whatsoever

does rank protection not exist anymore? will i be forced to watch everything i love crumble away because no person in this world other than myself can withstand the everlasting storm of d2 pvp? does anything matter anymore

skeeeby @oganessoneater.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

i love teaming up with people who quit at the first sign of adversity! i love getting called slurs by the least valuable player for not telepathically stopping them from running in and attempting a 1v3 for the eighth time in a match! i love feeling empty when i win and irritated when i lose!

skeeeby @oganessoneater.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

why do i subject myself to destiny 2 pvp...
