Based on our work by @ogallardo.bsky.social (doi.org/10.1093/milm...) showing no testing in OB clinics, we started a local screening protocol for pregnant women with risk factors for Chagas disease in our hospital in collaboration with MFM, OBGYN residents, and ID fellows.
