Несем вам порцию стекла времён пост-первого сезона 💔 Post-season 1, inspired by "Never Love an Anchor" by Crane Wives 💔 🔗 archiveofourown.org/works/71073216 #ofmd #ofmdart #gentlebeard

Four-panel comic:
1. Ed and Stede amidst the sunflowers, standing close, their foreheads pressed together. They are both smiling, Ed's hands are cupping Stede's face.
"On some level, I think, I always understood".
2. The shot of a stack of books with a sunflower atop.
"That these hands of mine were clumsy, not clever".
3. Beardless Ed in the library, holding a sunflower close to his face. He's surrounded by kraken tentacles, seemingly growing out of his hair. There are two framed pictures in the left corner: one of Stede, and another of a lighthouse by a cliff.
"And I tried to do the best that I could".
4. Several bottles on the table, a wilted sunflower among them. Some red liquid is spilt all over part of the table — is it wine? Blood? We can't tell.
"But try as I might I couldn't bring myself to hold you".

2. Izzy and Stede arguing, Izzy: " The mint will only calm me if I eat it from your grave!"
3. Stede's hands planting a tiny green plant.
4. A further shot of Stede planting mint on Izzy's grave.
5. Stede touching Izzy's cross: "Sorry, Izzy, but it looks like the mint will be growing on your grave."
