📚✨ It’s National Shelfie Day! ✨📚 Our librarians are showing off their shelves — from comic books and zines to puzzles and PLENTY of books. 🧶to follow! Every shelf tells a story! Do you spot any of your favorites on these shelves? 👀💭 Snap a pic of your home library and share your shelfie with us

A calendar grid zoomed in on the 28th, which says "National Shelfie Day - Library Shelfie Day celebrates books and libraries! A day for those who love literature..." with the word TODAY written in red. There is also a sticky note pinned to the calendar that says "Do you know who loves literature? Our librarians! Take a look at their shelves!"

Ahhh, I'm so excited for these bookmarks! Last semester I worked with students in the North Central College Design Agency class and they designed these for @oesterlelib (where I'm a librarian). Sky, Meredith, and Paulina were lovely to work with 💙 I've printed 1/3 of the designs, more to come later!

Four bookmarks, three with the fronts showing and one with the back showing. The fronts feature tarot-inspired genre designs for The Romantic, The Filmster, and The Haunted. Each scene shows the college mascot, Chippy the Cardinal, in a thematic illustration. The backs have a grid where book titles and ratings can be logged.
