What is the goal❓ Peer reviews examine the strengths and weaknesses of NCPs with the intent of improving the quality of work and reliability. The process can last from 18 months to two years, and results in a public report assessing an NCPs achievements and fulfilment of its mandates.

💡 What can the OECD to do respond to this challenge? The OECD and member governments must foster structured dialogue on what systemic changes are needed to address the failure in achieving remedy. Also, NCPs should have to report on remedy outcomes from complaints.
