I have and it was good. My wife says I can do it anytime, but not for Thanksgiving. I just did a turkey roast Monday. Idk how they cut it, but is a couple of pounds boneless. I seldom cook for more than 2.

I did it mostly as a joke, but I've made something I call Xmas bacon many times. Allspice, cloves, cinnamon, etc. This just uses an off the shelf pumpkin pie spice blend. Pretty similar, although, this has ginger. How bad could it be?

Pippin did great work today. He flushed 2 roosters. I got part of one, but it ran to the edge of a cliff and I called him off. I hate to leave a wounded bird, but it's better than a dog off a cliff.
