Played an Empire campaign in TW:WH 3 and managed to stop Kislev from extermination, but the poor things only managed to hold on to Gryphon Wood. I can't help but think of the Tzarina, crown melting, slowly coming to terms with the fact that not being freezing all the time is actually not bad.

The nation of Kislev is reduced to a single forested outpost. They're making the best of it, having built a city among the trees of Gryphon Wood.

Still working through Death Wish E4. E4M4 is an absolute masterclass in storytelling on a scale I thought impossible in the Build Engine. The whole structure both attempts to rewrite history to serve the interests of the Cabal, but also reveals a TON about the powers that exist in the campaign!

CabalCo's Museum of History presents the whole of the world's history as a single story: that of the power of the Sorrow Complex, and how it was passed from hand to hand into the future: a future dominated by Tchernobog!

The Black Tower and Shadehaven sit in miniature, declaring their foundational importance to the Cabal

The world of the present is painted as the playground of the gods, Tchernobog first among them. Morena, winter goddess, is depicted here sealing her past in ice before being reborn.

The most surprising part of Promise Mascot Agency is the speed with which travel goes from chore to delight. The kei truck starts merely being impossible to tip over and partially bouyant, and ends as a jet-powered VTOL. I love this fucking thing.
