A digital illustration of the commissioner's two character: Luster and Delta.
Luster is a white teenager with blond hair pulled into a little ponytail and blue eyes while Delta is a young back teenager with short kinky brown hair and brown eyes. They're both wearing blue and yellow sport uniforms as well as their robot gear: headsets, goggles and big metallic gloves: Light blue green for Luster and Yellow and Black for Delta.
Luster is in the middle of leaping into a big hug with Delta who has his arms wide open and a big smile on his face too. The colors are pretty birght, mainly blues and yellows and the backgrouns is pastel blue with a light yellow dots pattern over it.
