I went to the fabric store with a shopping list and still forgot some of the things I needed, but I saw these three on my way there so it’s ok

I just learned that the new rapture is supposed to happen today since it didn’t happen in september. Very excited to see how that all unfolds since the evidence is just absolutely solid

One of these days I’m gonna become one of the people who remembers to buy matching lining fabric for their sewing projects. Not today though, because the stores are closed on sundays

I love that everyone is in Monterey bay aquarium’s ig comments asking them to rerelease the otter shirt taylor wore, because my first thought when I saw it was that I need that shirt for me and my otter obsessed son

I was supposed to sew jeans today, but I apparently I didn’t actually check if I have everything I need when I thought I checked if I have everything I need, and there’s a «trampolines and garbage cans on the run» kind of storm outside so I’m not 100% sold on walking to the fabric store

I can’t believe that one radio host apparently didn’t invite taylor to his wedding. If I had any way of contacting her, best believe I’d be sending her invites to everything

I tried making a list of my reactions after hearing each song but it just turned into a list of 12 different ways of me saying «I love this song»

I started october super sick, but the magic of a new Taylor album healed me over night. I think my favorites after the first listen are the fate of ophelia, elizabeth taylor and eldest daughter ❤️‍🔥

It makes me really sad seeing this happen with the international stores time and time again. We all know there will never be enough signed/exclusive stuff for every single fan, but they can at least give people the chance to try

030

Oda dances through the lightning strikes ✨ @odaaj.bsky.social · 26/09/2025

The tour theories are getting to me because a tour announcement is more of a grand finale than signed cds/vinyl 🫣 But at the same time, the merch store doesn’t seem like the place for a tour announcement. I also can’t afford tour right now, so I’ll keep hoping for signed stuff

The hand writing under the countdown?? Dare we hope for ✍️ stuff? 🫣

Now why is linkedin suddenly sending me a photo of my ex, asking me to make contact with «people I know and trust», on an account with 0 contacts, that I made and abandoned like 7 years ago because of a school thing. We broke up 14 years ago and I haven’t seen him since 💀

I really want to go to that showgirl movie thing, but my husband is going out of town that weekend and I don’t have swiftie friends here 🥲 maybe I can bring our cats

I fear my impulsive brain is about to make me start an absolutely ridiculous and way too ambitious sewing project that will probably take me 17 years to finish, but it will be glorious if I actually manage to do it

Oda dances through the lightning strikes ✨ @odaaj.bsky.social · 31/08/2025

I think I need to start another Taylor dress recreation because it’s been over a year since the last one. Also I already have fabric for at least three dresses I’ve wanted to recreate

020

Oda dances through the lightning strikes ✨ @odaaj.bsky.social · 30/08/2025

I’ve struggled so much with motivation and creativity lately, but I just watched someone make one of the most stunning dresses I’ve ever seen and I think that did something to my brain, because now I just want to start making everything again

It’s a little ridiculous how reading a Fredrik Backman book feels like having someone rip my heart out and stomp on it, then every time he drops a new book I’m just like «yes, let’s do that again»

Repeat after me: I, a swiftie, will act normally in the time leading up to Taylor Swift's wedding ✋️ I will not show up physically to the reception ✋️ I will not spy on her outside the church ✋️ I will act like a normal human being and be happy for a fellow human's happiness ✋️

My husband isn’t here to hear the news, but I told our 7yo and he was appropriately excited for Taylor. I’ve taught him well

I’m quite happy I’m not a vinyl variant collector right now. And I’m sorry to every collector’s wallet. On the bright side, there’s probably only 4 more left after these two 🫣

Not me making big plans to spend this evening finally updating and making changes to one of my sewing patterns, only to pull out the sample and see that I made those exact changes back in april when I made the sample

I feel like all these countdowns on taylor’s store is the result of us always clowning over every single thing slightly resembling a countdown

I’ve been doing so well on my reading goal for the year but the life of a showgirl is 100% gonna mess that up for me

I recently started posting some of my sewing patterns on etsy, and I just saw that I got my first sale, that’s kind of scary and exciting! Like what do you mean someone out there wanted to sew something I designed

My son just came into the kitchen asking where the glitter is, because he needs glitter. Then he came running and yelled «we need water!», and now he just came and got a whole roll of paper towels. I feel like I should investigate, but I’m also in here making cupcakes and listening to how did it end
