( As her eyes narrow, that warm smile of hers turned into something a little more mischievous... a smirk of someone who had just found a weakness in her enemy. ) That was awfully cheesy, Cap'n. ( Not even the Captain was safe from the dangerous Patricia's attacks. How vicious! ) +

As the moon and the sun always part with each day, they know well they will see each other once again. You never any doubt that'd I'd return. ( Smiling back. He IS a sap. )

Apologies for the wait. I forgot my password. I've since reclaimed it.

Smollusk wants me to "babysit" today... to which I'd normally have no issue. Unfortunately, it looks as though I've hit a roadblock.

[ Johnny didn't have that same connection to her as Three did, but it should be obvious where her mind is at. Eight didn't chat with him at all. The octoling kept her silence the whole walk until reaching the building. ] What will happen, I wonder? Are you going to remember any of this?

[ Eight's been here so often the artificial snow and structures of the past have lost their luster, not that there was time to stop and sightsee. She had a mission to complete. ] I don't venture far beyond the ooze when I'm here. Is there somewhere you'd like to go?

[ Turning to meet his gaze from above, she nodded in silence. It was about time they fixed this. It was a short walk to the manhole still missing its cover, no garbage to impede their travels. ] Wait three seconds, then follow. [ The octoling transforms into swim form and sinks into the hole. ]

When we first met. Stuffing your face full of crab-trap sandwich. ...That was before I experienced memory loss for the second time...

It will be exciting when he starts speaking full sentences. He must have much to say.

How do you teach him? It would be interesting if he knew the alphabet.

Take Four's advice and relax. You're in no condition to be panicking all the time.

@neothree.bsky.social May I ask a few questions? I was absent from last night's festivities and I am quite confused...

[ Time travel? A comical suggestion, but only her eyes would suggest that opinion of hers. At that point, magic is on that table. ] They might not be fortunate enough to have an alternative.

Perhaps... That's where you spend most of your efforts in the current day. I believe I told you already how you were planning on making it a safe living space. Does the answer lie there?

[ The steps to that, however, are unclear to her. Most of this situation is filled with unknowns best suited for someone else. That's not to say she won't assist John, but Eight's no expert. ] Is there anything you can tell me? Something that sticks out in your mind?

Then we must figure this out Three. Together, if we must. It's a cruel punishment to be trapped outside of your times, all of you. We've fooled around long enough.
