It's a 4-panel Splatoon comic. A dialogue exchange between two characters, an anthropomorphic Chum OC and a massive, three-headed salmonid creature covered in yellow crystals, taking place on the shore of a beach during some evening.

Panel 1:
The three-headed salmonid is looking down at something with a remorseful expression, the evening sky behind them, as they say:
"We also wanted to say... sorry for trying to kill you and your friends. We didn't really mean it."

Panel 2:
The Chum character is sitting criss-cross in the enormous hand of the three-headed Salmonid, looking back up at them with a big smile.
"Don't worry! I promise it's cool. We messed with you first, I get it. Kinda.
About as much as you do, anyway."

Panel 3:
A close-up of the Chum's face, scratching the back of their head and looking away a bit bashfully;
"But hey, if you're REALLY over the whole 'ending the world' thing... then I guess we can just... start over?"

Panel 4:
A zoomed out side view of both characters, the chum still sitting in the hand of the three-headed Salmonid, looking miniscule by comparison.

"Uhh... OH! What's your name?"

The massive Salmonid looks a little dumbfounded. It responds, "Whuh--?"

The Chum continues;
"You didn't give us a villainous monologue or anything when we threw down last year. So I still don't know who you are."
"I'm Bubbles. By the way."

Still staring without a response, it thinks to itself:
"My... 'name'?"

It's a reference image (sort of) of the large three-headed salmonid creature in the quoted comic. The left side is the creature in full, while the right side is a bunch of text providing greater context to the comic.

The left side:
The creature. The first head (center) is looking at the viewer with a concerned or nervous-looking expression. The second head (your left, its right) is gawking at something offscreen. The third head (your right, its left) is looking at the viewer like its first head, but with a more confident or happpy-looking expression.

The right side:
The text. It all says:

"The (Seventh) Salmonarch - One Year Later"
"it/they - young adult (practical equivalent) - kind of a failure"

"At some point after the events of the Final Drill, its body unconsciously reformed at the bottom of the sea from the remnants of its drill head.
Marginally less terrifying now! Still very, very large.

...It feels an incredible amount of guilt for all the trouble it caused.
It went out of its way to seek out and apologize to Bubbles, the mechanic,
when it realized it had revived.
It's tried to hone a much greater control over its electromagnetic output ever since, out of fear that its continued existence may cause more harm.

...But what now? It apparently only exists to fulfill a particular prophecy,
which it has no intention of bringing to fruition anymore.
With ending the world off the table, the next best thing must be to live in it.
But where can you go? Who can you possibly befriend?

What can you make of the second chance you've been given...?"
