Three new chaps coming for the fall. Two edits just about done—one to go. Need to get these back to the authors and get to the design phase, which is already partially done. (Paper edits are blurry because shhhhh . . . cover reveals are coming soon.)

Chapbook cover spread project starts with a template in Affinity Designer. Then the possibilities are limitless. (Well, not *really* limitless, like, well, there's only so much one can layer on before it gets cluttered . . . ! You get the picture 😊)

June 1. It's publication day for the first three chapbooks out from October Park Editions. Please DM if you want these — $15.00 for each title, postage included in Canada. $35 for all three, postage in. Outside Canada may require jumping through some hoops, but it shouldn't be impossible.

I met up with Emily Weedon last night before a friend's book event to deliver her "Total Depravity" author copies. I think she was happy 🙂 I'll meet up with my other author later this week for the "author copies" clinking-coffee-cups celebration.

Teasing the working cover spread for my second upcoming launch title, "Nostalgic: The Visage Stories 1987/89." Updates of two long-ago-published short stories when I was just a super-early-20s budding, youthful writer 😁

Now that the production run of the Tsunami chapbook has arrived, I can finish the other two chaps to complete my proof-of-concept and launch October Park in early 2026. Next to the stack are the two 80's-era lit mags that contain my Visage stories, the next chap in the series.
