I liked the little posts about upgrades and highlights. For example, I don't know when I would have noticed ghost's support for docker secrets a couple weeks ago. But your human posts get lost. Perhaps consider having a separate david_bot account.

I use a wireguard VPN to connect to my home network. I also have a headscale instance but that is only set up to share certain services with others, not for admin. ;)

self hosted (internal only) email. I use docker-mailserver + thunderbird on android. But any email client should work. Bonus: I set up roundcube for webmail front end, bit I don't use it that much. Got a catchall, postmaster, admin, and personal accounts for humans at home.

Overleaf is open source and self hostable :) there are a few features behind a paywall. You can deploy it with docker. Although they really want you to use their deploy script. docs.overleaf.com/on-premises/...

I was literally deploying Navidrome a couple days ago! It works great on the browser, but I'd like an android app that could do cached downloads. Any recommendations?

I tried installing Self hosted overleaf, but it really only makes sense if you expose it to the public internet. Documentation for self hosting is not great but, it is not too bad to adapt their docker-compose file for your setup. They have an automated instalation too, but did not try/liked that.

Confirmo, ghost sí es selfhosteable. Yo lo tengo corriendo en docker bastante bien. :)

Yay! Unfortunately, I've never used one. I only self host and I don't have a KVM here. 😉
