As a channel dedicated to pondering a Philosophy of Love: My community does not tolerate racism, violence or discrimination towards any group or identity. We consider history and current affairs with respect. Love is our unifying value; thoughtful inquiry, our method.🌹

This year I decided to draw a couple of times a month - to rediscover an old hobby, to try out a new medium (digital art is new to me!) and to see how I’d grow. Here’s the last doodle from January! “Huzzah!” Why use AI when there’s beauty in ‘try’? 🌹 #vtuber #art

Ocean Flora chibi sticker for discord, which she has titled, “huzzah!” She says that a lot.
Ocean flora’s vtuber model jumps into the frame. She’s smiling, holding a hand to her mouth.

My people have found me they’re the best, thank you Zimeic 👀😂 Following the news that a university professor has been barred from teaching certain Plato works, we’ll be continuing to read Plato in our streams.🌹 Freedom of inquiry must be nurtured. #plato #philosophy #vtuber

A member of Flora’s community, Zimeic, made a meme of Flora declaring she will in fact continue to read whatever Plato she likes.

Woman in green: “You’re not gonna read that woke Plato, are you?”
Woman in brown (Flora): *deadpan expression*

Deliberately cultivating the inability to engage with ideas that don’t align with yours this is like picking out a blindfold and leash for your demagogue to put on you: to see the way out of Plato’s cave and deliberately run in fear of it - just as he said you would. 3/4

Love your friends and love the strangers - the friends you just haven’t met yet. You’ll always be welcome at my crooked little table, no matter how far apart we are. Together, our light can shine bright. Merry Christmas 🎄 3/3

Maybe life hasn’t turned out the way you hoped. Perhaps you made terrible mistakes. But your light can never go out if you nurture that spark by loving others and yourself. Your light can strengthen the light of others, outlive you. Tomorrow can be a better day. It’s never too late to love. 2/3

To those who celebrate this beautiful day - and to those who don’t but could use caring words: Your spirit is a spark, and though you might feel its light is dim to your eyes, to others you glow so brightly. Nine billion sparks have the potential to bathe the planet in glorious, loving light. 1/3

My friends and I looked for a supportive community where we could sing freely. We couldn't find one, so we built one: Sosingalong Club💙 Since then we've sung together. Grown together. SOSVMusic was born, and today we made a🎶Brand New Blend!🎶 🔗Full version in comments👇

My friends and I sought a place where we could sing and support one another to grow in skill & confidence. We couldn’t find one - so we built our own. After much hard work and love I'm SO proud to announce: Our first song: Brand New Blend 🍹🎶 Composer, lyricist & mixer: @anothershiro.bsky.social

We grow up watching talent shows. The 'worst' are mocked and the 'gifted' shine on stage, only to be forgotten once the lights fade. Nobody reflects on what makes the voice special. Our voice is our soul's connection to the universe. If we’re made of stardust, our voice is the light of our star.

📖 Last week, we dwelled upon the psychological entrapment - and freedom - of an imprisoned woman in the Yellow Wallpaper. 📚 Today, we get lost in the Library of Babel. A stunning metaphysical commentary on the nature of the universe and language. 💜 8pm GMT on Twitch 💜

So far 16% funded which I have used to get a few groceries which should be enough to last a week between me and my roommate. Every little bit helps tremendously thanks to your help I finally had a solution to making my stomach stop growling for the week.

💕📚 Connection above division 📚💕 🖋️The day you realise Darwin did not coin the term, “Survival of the Fittest”, is the day you realise the phrase has been used to normalise poor behaviour towards others. Cooperation; teamwork, friendship, compassion - these are what give life its beauty. Its magic.

The song sung by Sera and The Speaker in Hazbin Hotel resonated with me deeply. You can’t undo mistakes, but you can learn from them meaningfully. Sincere remorse unlocks the door to wisdom. We must always move forward. Take your steps with humility and courage. #philosophy #hazbinhotel #thoughts

Sera and The Speaker in Hazbin Hotel. Sera’s confession explores the acute pain of genuine remorse and ideological crises, the paralysing effect of fearing the consequences of one’s actions, and the inescapable need to move forward.
