Reports of feds taking people off the street in the Chicago area continue to come in. This video, shared around 10 a.m., shows at least 3 agents involved in arresting at least 1 man in front of a shop in Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood. One agent seems to be photo'ing/recoding the incident.

In light of our decision to cancel our 6/22 protest, we are mobilizing members of our organizations to join Organized Communities Against Deportations (OCAD) and the Gay Liberation Network (GLN) to march and uplift our demands in the official Pride Parade on Saturday, June 29th.
Our signs will focus on stopping the Trump administration’s racist deportations and stopping the genocide of Palestine.

cessibility details:
1) Do not drive or take the bus to the March. Take the Red Line if you can.
You can drive to a red line stop well away from the march and take the red line to the Sheridan Stop. We’ll meet at Dakin and Sheridan, outside the ACE Hardware.

2) The Sheridan Red Line stop does not have an elevator
If you need an accessible el station, go to the Addison stop on the Red Line. As you exit the station, turn right onto Addison. Then turn right on Sheffield and walk four blocks north to our meet-up.(Sheffield Ave turns into Sheridan Road).

If you need to exit the route early, there are nearby accessible el stations a few blocks west of the parade at Addison and Belmont.
