Another takeaway from Trump's awful "peace" plan. The mechanisms for providing security guarantees to Ukraine is a nebulous "Ukraine will receive reliable security guarantees." Ukraine, not Russia will have restrictions on its military. Ukraine can't join NATO or have NATO troops stationed there.
