I’ve been eating produce (fruits/veggies), meat, eggs and milk — all produced in Mexico and sometimes sold at open-air markets — since January, when I moved to Tamaulipas. Reader, my family and I have not had any kind of food-borne illnesses. IDK what that says about the U.S. food supply chain.
