Also, if I did choose to use it in a professional setting I would publish my drafts as well as my final work product. And also show every single time I inputted something for the writing into an llm and the output after. Seems to me this would address a lot of the ethical issues.

Also, I can see how this could be immensely helpful if it was completely gated and only was able to do this defined task. I am dyslexic and I find it is very helpful and if I had had this as a tool in school my life would have been so much less traumatic.

I think there are two lines. 1. Did AI write this or did I co-write this with AI. 2. Did I use AI to check grammar, spelling and review my writing semantics. For 2 I would view it as a tool and don't see how that is much different then having a human or editor review your work.

It depends who I reply to. There are people I pretty much know if I ask a follow-up question or if I am pithy then I will get some a response. But most engagement is via the like button. It really true is and has always been a bathroom wall. Twitter was no different.

LLM's are incapable of being deterministic. They are a stateless machine. And further more the underlying hardware technology developed in 1947 has not changed. At the end of the day it is a machine that is only capable of producing 1 or 0. And completely unaware that it produced either.
