I forgot to post for Kana's nameday yesterday, noooooo 😭😭😭 ah well, we post today instead; Her first day in Limsa Lominsa was wet and confusing, poor thing

Kana perches on the bow (or is it the prow?) of a ship, looking out over Limsa Lominsa'a lower decks. It's raining

Kana speaking to a lalafell ferryman, trying to get directions. It's still raining

Kana clutches her head in frustration; she's gotten turned around and the constant rain is not helping.

Kana curling further into herself, her hand braced against her knee as a headache starts. (It's the Echo, which she doesn't know anything about)

Of course! The game will point them out when you hit the right level/story point but you'll be looking for NPS with this symbol;

One of FFXIV NPCs The Smith, his job is to help teach new players game mechanics! While typically found in the Hall of the Novice, there's one in each starting city as well!

2 months late but- I think it counts?

"Lan Jingyi-" said young man stopped in his tracks, gaze drawn to the speaker who was working with another servent to peel potatoes, "Is kind and honest. He does not, judge others based on their gender or station. I think-" Curious, he drew closer, taking care to avoid drawing attention to himself as he continued; "I think if he should marry, his spouse will be very lucky indeed."
"Is that so?" he asked, a startled yelp sounded before gorgeous silver eyes snapped onto him and set off a warm glow in his chest.
A soft 'Oh' fell from Mo Xuanyu's lips before he turned his gaze to the floor between them, apologies falling from his lips.

Answering for myself but I'd either steal Drest or Foulques for an NPC alt. One's already pathetic and traumatized, and the other needs to be bullied a lot ❤️❤️❤️
