you could probably never gleam it from my works thus far, but my all-time favorite artist is ciou. her bold gothic yet cute toony style with an almost occultish aesthetic, all the little abstract intricate details, those are elements i'd really love to reinterpret into my own work

in terms of pure time spent working on the canvas it's generally 3-4h minimum unless i'm going out of my way to do something quick such as for personal non-commissioned art. for fully rendered commissioned artworks it seems to average anywhere from 5-9h depending on the complexity 💦
