Thanksgiving is over. Family has mostly left. I brought it up before dinner. My sister (obviously) had no issues with it. Dad said he figured it out when I was in highschool and gave mom a look. To which mom said "Good for you." and then my aunt.... "Good, pussy tastes better anyway."

Thanks to a friend who was able to help ground me and calm me down enough to just talk things out and have a little giggle and focus on them instead of what triggered me. The dark and horrible memories of the abuse from said ex.

Not only hitting my nose on the floor, but banging my chin, eyebrow and knee. I laid there for a few minutes. I didn't want to get up. I began to cry, and noticed my nose was bleeding. I immediately though, oh fuck I broke my nose. My heart rate spiked to 188bpm.

So. I had a panic attack tonight. It came very suddenly. A simple text from an old coworker in regards to my ex (an abuser) whom I have a restraining order against. I rain to my bathroom nearly immediatly and tripped on the rug and faceplanted my bathroom floor.
