I hate health insurance more than anything. After a decade of them covering 45 min/3x weekly speech therapy appointments. They decided the max now is 30 min/2x weekly. Truly if I said what I was thinking right now, I’m pretty sure the feds would be at my door.

Just when I think I’m finally close to ready to adopt some kittens, Ella gets sick and I’ve come to the realization that I need to wait for her sake. I won’t act impulsively but if the cat distribution system drops 2 cuties in my lap, I won’t say no.

Very fucking glad we bought title insurance when we bought our house. Apparently a previous owner (not who we bought from) took out a massive home equity loan against my house and they’ve defaulted on it. Fun fun fun. I love being an adult.

My doctor wants me to keep a log of my meals for next couple weeks and I literally do not know how to do this without diving head first into my ED tendencies. I get their logic because of my issues but holy shit I could have used some guidance from them on how to do this in a healthy way.

Tomorrow I have to say goodbye to my sweetest boy. So today I’ll spend it sitting on the deck with him & giving him all the tuna he can handle. I know this hurts so badly because we love him so much & hopefully gave him the best life possible but it doesn’t make this any easier.

The past few days have been incredibly hard. It seems that Sebby will be crossing the rainbow bridge soon. He is the sweetest boy & the best companion to Aria. We’ve been so lucky to have 13 years with him. Give your babies extra scritches for me today.

Having a preteen is SO hard lately. But today, Aria snuggled with me how she used to when she was toddler sized. It’ll probably be the last time she ever snuggles like that. I know we’ll get through these years but damn did I need that lil bit of reassurance that she still loves me.
