* ( TTTE ) * "I am surprised to see an engine of your stature shunting," purred Diesel. * "It's nice to have work to do," replied Emily, "besides, it was much faster for ME to do it. . . !" * "Thank you VERY much," Diesel scoffed. He preferred it when Emily's commentary was about others.

A "Wonders of Sodor" screenshot: Emily the Emerald Engine and Devious Diesel are seen chatting together one stormy night in Vicarstown Yard. Emily has some trucks behind her, and a smug smile on her face, whilst Diesel grimaces at her. Percy the Small Engine can be seen shunting some coaches behind Diesel.

* happy birthday to this idiot blue bassist, may the band give her the wonderful present of a note reading "you owe bocchi 5,000 yen"

Ryo, the aforementioned idiot blue bassist, falling asleep next to Nijika, her very smart yellow drummer. Nijika looks surprised by Ryo's incompetence.

* ( TTTE ) * you've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?

A recreation of the "Railway Stories" Tidmouth Sheds picture, but referencing Majora's Mask of the Zelda series. Thomas the Tank Engine, Percy the Small Engine, and Rosie the Pink Engine are seen standing at Tidmouth Sheds, with an ominous moon glaring down at them (sporting the reboot Thomas' face).
Thomas looks pensive, but Percy and Rosie seem oblivious to what looms above them.
Text reading "DAWN OF THE FINAL DAY: 24 HOURS REMAIN" can be read under Thomas.

* ( TTTE ) * i meant to share this when the "unpopular thomas opinions" were happening on the other platform: it confuses me when people say that hiro should have stayed on sodor * it is integral that he goes back and forth from japan and sodor, he considers both his home. . . ?

Every year Rusty would star at the Tayllyn Railways events with another engine! Normally Rusty only got to pull special trains but the weather was hot & a spark from Sir Handels funnel caught the lineside ablaze! He was confined to the yard while Rusty helped take his trains!

kinda fucked up that once we get Emily next wave and Ashima next year, there aren't any more girls lined up for release in this series there should be more girl trains! we need a Daisy to complete the Ffarquhar roster! a Rebecca to complete the second steam team! a Sandy just for me to enjoy!

Our final Photo CharTR of the year is well underway, featuring a rather dirty and worn 'Dolgoch'. A team of volunteers have carefully weathered No.2 to resemble how she was in the late 1940s, including some temporary sign writing!

* ( TTTE ) * here is the next installment of the storybook workshop youtube series, "percy's first day at the quarry!"

A rewrite of "Percy's Predicament" in the style of the Storybook Workshop videos on the Thomas & Friends YouTube channel. The script reads the following:

One day, Percy was chugging to the stone quarry. He was tired of doing the same jobs, so Toby gave him his job for a change.
“I’ve never been to the stone quarry before!” said Percy, “I can’t wait!”
He puffed and puffed and puffed up the hill, until he made it to the stone quarry.
“Wow!” Percy beamed, “There are so many rocks here!”
Percy was too excited, and bumped the Troublesome Trucks. The Troublesome Trucks were not happy, they wanted Toby to pull them instead. They did not like being biffed by Percy.
Once all the Troublesome Trucks were attached, Percy began to pull.
“Come on!” cried Percy, “Follow me!”
The trucks did not reply, so Percy thought he had them all under control. They moved through the land, until Percy saw there was a stop sign ahead.
“It’s time to slow down,” chuffed Percy. He tried to decrease his speed, but the Troublesome Trucks were being silly! They were still upset, and began pushing Percy down the big hill! They were going so fast, and Percy could not stop. Percy tried to use his brakes, but the Troublesome Trucks were super heavy! His wheels would not grip on the track!
He raced down the hill. Percy raced past a railway crossing, and into the rail yard. There was an empty train in front of him!
“Peep peep!” peeped Percy, “Watch out!”
Crash! Percy had stopped, but he kept peeping his whistle until he opened his eyes. He was now on top of the truck!
“Oops!” puffed Percy, “I didn’t mean to come up here!”
Later, Sir Topham Hatt came by to check how Percy was doing.
“It’s cool man,” said Sir Topham Hatt, “you are my sweet son and still learning the ways of this damned earth. You’ll go to the Engine Works, and when you are fixed, you’ll know how to solve a Percy Predicament!"

* ( TTTE ) * i was going to post the first illustration and caption it "the marvelous machinery book has very cute art of the steam team like the story library books endpapers". . . * then i got blindsided by them changing the ending so baz and bernie ARE grabbed by topham in the amazing metal man.

The endpaper illustration from "Thomas and the Robot", featuring Thomas, Gordon, Emily, James, Percy, Nia, Rebecca, Toby, Annie, Clarabel and The Fat Controller all milling around the railway. They are all hard at work at a busy junction one day.

An illustration from "Thomas and the Robot", featuring The Fat Controller grabbing Baz and Bernie with the Amazing Metal Hands of the Amazing Metal Man. Thomas and Kenji watch in horror as the thieves dangle in the air, at the mercy of Topham.
