Some pencil exploration for the series "The search for wondla". Giant trees mean camera is going to shoot characters around their base, hence the root studies (DUH). #pencil #drawing #animation #design #visualdevelopment

I rarely draw characters, especially female characters, I don't eat much fish, I'm scared underwater, what's not to love about Mermay ? #digital #drawing #mermay #design #underwater

I was very sad to hear about On Animation studio's closing, right after Technicolor. A few years ago, I had the chance to work on a very cool project for them and, once again, this one won't see the big screen. Oh well, it was fun to draw :) #digital #drawing #layout #visualdevelopment #animation

This was drawn for a demo at the Beaux arts and entertainment school during a recent workshop. The goal was to show that any reference could be used as a base to draw from, as long as you forget its subject and focus on its shape, whatever it is. (Pig reference photo by Ulrich Mueller).
