We all want to see a society where women, and everyone, can live free from violence and abuse. But violence against women remains shockingly high. 1 in 2 women experience sexual violence in their lifetime. More than 1 in 3 women have experienced intimate partner violence.

in 84% of cases the perpetrator is already known to her. It's her partner. Or her father. Or her friend. The services that respond to VAW are overstretched. And the legal system retraumatises. When people choose to blame migrants, they ignore the real problem, and the real solutions.

This is the moment to take a stand against violence and against racism. Join us in our calls for more resources for frontline services, reform of the legal system, and long-term housing for survivors.

As racism and misogyny grow louder, join us in growing louder for justice and louder for love.
