If you get with the moon shoe people they might be interested in a class action.

Katherine Hayhoe often likes to bring up Eunice Foote, the likely OG of the Greenhouse effect.

Caught a stray clip from the TV that had a scene of a monster in the basement. I have finally pieced together it was from The Cellar www.imdb.com/title/tt0099...

Not sure where the Gen Z part came from, but I do remember that the first time I started hearing about "millenials" in the late 90's or early 00's it was was about people being born in 2000. It made it confusing to me when people started calling me one. You win though, for the Gen Z bit.

Y'all, the multiple cities and municipalities near me have voted to remove Flock cameras in the past few weeks, including the 2 that I used to do most of my shopping and dining in. I am so happy right now and I feel an oppressive weight beginning to lift.

10 reasons why I think you shouldn’t start riding bikes. Feel free to add your own personal reasons, I’m sure there are like hundreds.

I want a Surly Moonlander or Ice Cream Truck, but I'm not sure which. Also, I'm not sure I'm even allowed to get another bike. But I want one.

Super frustrating to buy a fancy new soldering station but can't use it yet because it doesn't come with tips and I couldn't order them from the same supplier. Come on Hakko, include a basic tip with new irons!

Lol. If you take too long to poop, it will literally just open the door on you. Why can't they just have normal bathrooms and not be weird about it?

I don't think my Bunch Bike would have much trouble getting up to that (600 lbs @ 20 mph) if I pedaled during acceleration. That's a lot of cargo at that speed though and I bet it'd be pretty uncomfortable. The max capacity is 600 lbs for rider + cargo, then you need to add 170 for the bike itself.

It might be worth adding that Flock has been known to violate it's own contractual sharing agreements like with the city of Boston.

Nothing in the photo would be covered by our bottle bill here in MI. Our $0.10 program is not very effective anymore either. There has been a growing amount of litter with a deposit. It'd be a tough sell, but you'd need $0.25 - $0.50 to make it worthwhile.

Inserts were M3xH4, screws were M3x8 SS SHCS. I forgot I added some 20 AWG wire to extend it and used heatshrink at the lap joints. I get a bit over an hour at full brightness with these batteries: www.amazon.com/dp/B07NWWHK1J Photo of everything together:

You'll desolder the existing cable on the lights, solder on linked connectors, then use the provided silicone caps and clear silicone sealant to waterproof. Use heat press inserts in the mount holes for the dimmer. Use a zip tie for wire strain relief.

Sure, I'll throw this up temporarily and set it up properly on printables in the future: nwagers.com/BatteryHolde... This goes inside: www.amazon.com/dp/B07BX5C6K5 This mounts on: www.amazon.com/dp/B073R7H52B Locking connectors: www.amazon.com/dp/B0C725395C Velcro: www.amazon.com/dp/B0CNWW1MK8

The main strip is this: www.amazon.com/Lamomo-Strip... I then soldered on better connectors, added a dimmer controller, and 3D printed a battery mounting system. I could post it all if you are willing to print/solder all the pieces. Runs on NiMH AAs.

Sounds like a cool technique. You can just lay a bare fiber down and then get the distance along the fiber to any strain (such as flowing water tugging on it)?

Stolen from Diamond Hill Medical Campus off of Speer Blvd and I-25. Locked with a Kryptonite cable lock. Probably took less than 5 seconds with a cut-off wheel. Nothing like coming out of a doctor's.....

Seen on a bike listing: "This bike is amazing but I currently have 5 Surlys and my wife thinks I might need help. No pedals, brand new fat paw grips." Dear friend, your wife is probably right. It seems like you love bikes and could probably use a friend to help weigh pros/cons on your next trip.

Ok, but if we're starting fights about lakes, I'm going to put it out there that 4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan and as a percent of surface area, MI totally smokes MN.

Hmm... Is this about what the average consumer *wanted*, *did*, or *would benefit most from*? If it's what they wanted, I think this era was still completely dominated by CPU, but there was a million different sockets and RAM specs were more stable, so that happened more often.
