I made a really fucking big mistake last year and it's cost me almost everything. I can have all the regret I want but the only thing I can do is try to move on and get back on my feet

Like I feel so fucking lost and have no direction. I'm having to dig deeper for strength that I'm not even sure that I have at this point, alone. It's tearing me apart.

Being homeless in a city that I don't know, while being away from my wife is the hardest challenge I've ever had to conquer, and I really hope we get through this

Apologies for the desperation post Does anyone/know of anyone who has a room for rent/couch to crash on in Edmonton or Calgary, maybe Vancouver? I can't find a job in my small city, and now I have nothing here. I would love a new start for my life Reposts extremely appreciated ❤️

Chef at a pretty high profile restaurant, I have a lot of opportunities to move up in this company to the point of leadership/head chef levels which will have insane benefits and possibly set me up for life!

I genuinely cannot believe I got this job, especially in the way I did. This is the start of me gaining a real career path, and to top it off, I have the best wife to support me as well. It's truly incredible how far I've come from my lowest points
