The Memes by 6529 - TAP TAP, Who's There? opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x33fd42…

We should all be taking the necessary extra steps to keep our grails safe from scammers. “TAP TAP, Who’s There?” is a playful take on TAP, aka the Three Address Protocol by 6529.

For this piece I wanted to portray the three wallet types (hot, warm and cold) as front doors, with scammers trying various ways to get into the cold wallets with no success, successfully getting into the warm wallets only to find iconic NFTs that are already being transferred, and successfully getting into the hot wallets to find nothing in there but posters and tumbleweed.

The Memes by 6529 - Unleash The Brain opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x33fd42…

This piece explores a theme I’ve long wanted to express: The Brain. Timed with Season 11 and the full Memes app launch, it symbolizes the spark of a new phase. The animation shows a brain breaking free no longer confined, but rising and alive with untapped potential. Thoughts and ideas flow outward in an unfiltered stream. The screens, once dull and empty, now radiate with vibrant colors. They represent the decentralization of ideas being shared in different waves. The brain is unleashed.

The Memes by 6529 - The Suits opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x33fd42…

The artwork portrays a deeper meaning of the invasion of traditional financial institutions, clarifying the clash between traditional finance and cryptocurrency, personified by the protagonist's struggle against encroaching "suits." The loud warning of "The suits are coming" underscores the threat of institutional control, especially with the recent approval of Bitcoin ETFs.

As the protagonist traverses through blockchain networks, defending their cryptocurrency holdings, the piece emphasizes the need for autonomy against regulation. The journey through different eras symbolizes the volatility of the crypto market, highlighting the challenges investors face.

The scene featuring Gary Gensler's head atop a gigantic robot commanding an army of suits serves as a playful and exaggerated (or not) representation of the regulatory authority's involvement in the cryptocurrency space.

The final revelation of staged visual effects not only underscores the need to discern reality from illusion but also serves as a cautionary tale against scams and false narratives in the crypto space.
