Got into a bit of a math adventure, so here are some plots ! I tried to model the probability of getting a false negative HIV test on a blood donation (you're positive but test says negative) in function of N, the number of days since donor has started fucking with an infectious HIV-positive person.

- a black line labelled "HIV from birth" starts at 1 (off-screen) and exponentially decays to 0.005 in about 50 days
- a pink line labelled "Vaginal man" starts close to 0, goes up to around 0.01 in 25 days, then sloooowly goes down to 0.005 (it's at like, 0.008 by eye at the 300 days mark)
- a purple line labelled "Anal top" starts close to 0, goes up to around 0.025 in 25 days then slooowly goes down to 0.005 (it's at 0.02 by eye at the 300 days mark)
- a red line labelled "Anal bottom" starts at 0.0138, goes up significantly to around 0.23 in 25 days, then noticeably goes down to 0.005 (it's at 0.01 by eye at the 300 days mark)
- a green line labelled "Anal bottom with on-the-day test" starts close to 0, peaks at around 0.06 after 25 days, then goes down to almost 0 (actual plateau is 0.000025) in 200 days
- a yellow line and a blue line labelled "Anal bottom with 7 and 14 days old test" respectively. They start by increasing identically to the red line until 7 and 14 days where they sharply drop to less than 0.01, then continue increasing to roughly 0.055 and 0.05 peaks at 29 and 33 days respectively. Then they both go down to almost 0 in 200 days.

Notable observation - all 3 "Anal bottom with a test" lines intersect the "HIV from birth" line around the 120 days mark

The title is now "fucking every 2 days"

The "HIV from birth" line is unchanged, but while every other line retains its general shape, they are now "wavy", with a 2-days secondary periodicity.
The peaks of each line are also lower now. Notably, the "Anal bottom" line now peaks at around 0.16 compared to the 0.23 peak of the first plot.

The "HIV from birth" line is unchanged, but almost every other line has lost its shape, and is now a 7-days periodic wave of very low amplitude (like... less than 0.005)
Only the "Anal bottom" line still has a peak, at around 0.05.
