"I also went ahead and bought a load of energy drinks anyway for the staff. I was in a good mood today! Want one?"

"I did! It was wonderful!... I did swap towels in the middle of the night, with new damp ones, but wow..."

Just waiting for boss, of course! The moment she sees her, she is waving!!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 21h

She is adorably waiting for @electricrings.bsky.social to pass that corridor that goes to her main office! All the guards are eyeing her with distrust but she is just oblivious to them! ✨

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Did you know that you gain one headpat from me if you give me an energy drink?

I'll dress as a Sushi Master for this Halloween. Nothing scarier.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

"See you tomorrow then, boss... byeeeee!" She started wheeling away! Waving to the guards that were about to jump on her just a moment ago.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Well, she is tired and just did... Guards looked like they were about to execute her when she pulled back. "Thanks, boss, really. Hopefully, this helps. I'll let you know tomorrow."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

She picked them up and placed it on her lap. "Again, I'm so thankful boss!!"

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"This is why you are the best boss..." Was that tears?! Give her a break, she is really tired.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"I said there are others more important, not that medical staff isn't important..."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"But like... I'm just a nurse, kind of a nobody here, you have a lot more important people..." Gesturing towards some of those guards that usually are close to where Katie is!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"Ah! That makes sense..." Lorelai nodded her head. "Feels a bit unreal that you did this for me..."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

"Ah... well, I'm here just to check on you." That means yes, but she is too embarrassed to ask for it.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

"Sup boss?" Wheeling inside... her hair was a mess and she had clear eyebags now.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Sooooo... In a couple of hours, when she was done with her shift, she knocked on Katie's door!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Then Lorelai shall have a good work shift for the day!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Hopefully not sending White Fang to do something aggressive... That always stresses Lorelai with the extra work she has to put!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

No comfy naps during the shift... how SAD... Not that she would do it.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"I'll be in my infirmary if you need anything. Let me know if you do get the heating device!" Slooowly wheeling away!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Good!" She reached to headpat Katie but couldn't reach it, so instead she just patter her on the back.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"But you never know unless you do some exams! Think of it like a work precaution!" Lorelai took her job very seriously. And she didn't want anything to happen and see an Adam 2.0 taking leadership.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Oh... I thought you meant it was highly unlikely that you would do your checkups..."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"You can't avoid your checkups! They are just as important as any other work!" She crossed her arms!

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Since you are willing to help me out, let me do my job as well and just remind you not to skip on your checkups, okay? No one here wants you getting sick!"

"You are so funny boss..." She laughs as if she had just said 'yes'...

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Not feeding humans to them, are you?" Another morbid joke...

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"By the way boss, how are those cute eels? Not forgetting to feed them properly, right?"

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"I'll try to survive until then without any energy drink." . . . . . . . . . "Which just means I'll be drowning in coffee."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"I guess I could try that!" She was scratching her chin, thinking about the possibility.

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Think it would last all night without having to wet the towels again?... I could try."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"Hey boss.... I'm not complaining about how much I make here, far from it, but I'm not rich. Buying a constant supply of fire dust..." She scratched her head. "I guess I could try..."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"A heating element on water is also known as a toaster on a bathtub." She chuckled... Morbid humor...

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

"I struggle a lot to sleep, beds feel too dry, anywhere with water is just too uncomfortable..."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

She crossed her arms... "Look, sleeping isn't as easy as you think, okay?"

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

"Agreed, but that can't be done, so this is the alternative."

000

𝑵𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒊 @nursingfang.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

"The energy drinks fuel the staff, who then preform better."
