It is entirely reasonable to have major ethical problems with AI/ML, my guess is these concerns are nearly universal within our community! But making solo indie devs, who are longstanding members of this scene, the targets of ire is absolutely wild to me.

There has been a sudden proliferation of vibe-coded slop trackers, but this ain't it, it's someone who knows the craft using new tools.

Time to engage in the Cursed Discourse -- I think the lack of any nuance in conversations around AI/ML is a real problem. The fact that laamaa, an incredible artist, developer, and member of the chiptune community, was bullied into leaving this platform and removing Risa is incredibly disappointing.
